We love this new RESTAURANT ACTIVISM initiative, FRESH or VROT which aims to get restaurants to source their food (and we would add packaging) and dispose of waste ethically. Name and shame restaurants that serve battery eggs, foie gras, SASSI red-listed fish, non fairtrade coffee, don’t recycle or compost  waste or use unsustainable packaging. Restaurant owners will be forced to sit up and take notice if enough people speak up… so spread the word and get active at
