We want you to be 100% satisfied with GREEN HOME products and will gladly replace or refund any defective stock. We’ll accept returns of correctly supplied, non-defective standard stock items within 6 months of the date of delivery.
Provided the product packaging is unopened and the product is undamaged. We cannot accept refunds of any opened or used stock for hygiene reasons.
A handling fee of up to 15% may be charged. We unfortunately do not issue refunds on custom orders, or any other products that are not standard stock items
