We want you to be 100% satisfied with GREEN HOME products. We will gladly accept returns provided the stock meets below criteria.
- Replace or refund any defective Standard Stock items within 1 week of the date of delivery.
- Accept returns of non-defective items within 1 week of date of delivery.
- Items returned can only be *Standard Stock items at the date of return. We unfortunately do not issue refunds on custom orders, or any other products that are not standard stock items.
- The product packaging must be unopened and the product undamaged. We cannot accept refunds of any opened or used stock for hygiene reasons.
- Return of non-defective standard stock to our warehouse must be at the customer’s transport expense.
- A handling fee of up to 15% may be charged, at our discretion, on complex returns to cover our handling costs.
