How to Place your Order

Online Shop
Order via our online shop. This is a quick and simple way to purchase your sustainable plant based food packaging from anywhere and at anytime. Add your chosen products to the cart and follow the checkout prompts and choose to either have your order delivered to your door or collect from our JHB and CPT Sales Office.

B2B Portal
Our B2B portal is an easy way to order online for large and account holding clients. All your personalised settings and terms are pre-loaded.

You are also welcome to place your order by phone or email. If you have any questions about the products or would like to customize your order in any way please get in touch.

Payment Options

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Credit and Cheque (Visa and Mastercard) payments for local and international buyers:
    via PayFast. (American Express and Diners Club cards not accepted for online
    purchases). This option can be accessed on our

    • online shop or
    • A link can be emailed to you on request. 24hr notice required.

  • Instant EFT via Payfast (Capitec, FNB, Standard Bank, Absa, Nedbank, Investec, Tyme Bank, African Bank)

  • Credit and Debit card payments in store

  • Snap Scan: Check your invoice for our Snap Scan code or use in store.

  • Electronic Bank transfers (EFTs) in advance of collection or delivery: Funds need to
    clear into our account before your stock can be dispatched. Unfortunately proof of
    payments are not accepted. Refer to your invoice for our bank details and use your
    Client Code or Invoice number as a reference to ensure speedy allocation of your
    payment.

Account Terms:

  • Contact your sales representative, or info@greenhome.co.za to apply for an account.

  • Clients eligible to apply for an account after trading with GREEN HOME for a minimum of 6 months.

  • Interest charged on all overdue accounts at a rate of 2% per month, or 24% per annum, in accordance with the National Credit Act 34 of 2005.

We do not accept cheques.

All goods remain the property of GREEN HOME until full and final payment has been received and has cleared in our account.

Order Cut-off Times for Next Day Delivery

We are able to provide next day delivery within the main centres near to our warehouses, in both Johannesburg and Cape Town, provided stock is available in the relevant warehouse.

Please note our cut-off times for next day delivery:

  • Place your order by 2pm in Johannesburg
  • Place your order by 3pm in Cape Town

VAT

VAT applies to all sales within South Africa.
VAT applies to courier and delivery charges within South Africa.

Not in SA?

We are a registered exporter. If you reside outside of South Africa we are able to ship to you. Contact us for a quote.

If you arrange a collection, VAT will be applicable. However, you are able to claim the VAT within 3 months of the export date. Email info@taxrefunds.co.za for more information.
