How to Get My Order

We strive to make it as affordable and easy as possible to get your hands on our products. Clients are able to choose to either collect their orders from our JHB or CPT offices or alternatively have their order delivered directly to their door.
Customers can qualify for free delivery for spending over certain thresholds and depending on where they are situated in South Africa.

Delivery zones

Below is a breakdown of our various delivery zones, the minimum order quantities to qualify for free delivery to each zone as well as delivery costs for orders below the minimum order quantity. Online orders will automatically calculate delivery cost when a customer enters their delivery address. For clarity on which area your address would fall into please feel free to contact us.

International Deliveries in Southern Africa

We are a registered exporter. If you reside outside of South Africa we are able to ship to you. Contact us for a quote.

When will I receive my order?

Our delivery lead times are mainly determined by two factors, availability of stock and the delivery address, so delivery times could vary from order to order. Below is an estimated breakdown of delivery lead times based on the zone selected for delivery.

Should your order contain an item that needs to be transferred to the warehouse nearest your delivery address, please allow for an additional 14 – 28 working days for your order to be delivered.

*Please note: it is important to supply the correct delivery and contact details. We are only able to make one delivery attempt. If this fails due to incorrect details then it will be the customers’ expense to collect goods or pay for their own collection.

Warehouse Collection Times

If collecting your order, you can do so during the following times:

Cape Town Warehouse:
Monday – Thursday = 8am to 4:15pm
Friday = 8am to 3:45pm

Johannesburg Warehouse:
Monday – Thursday = 8am to 5pm
Friday = 8am to 4.30pm

Order Cut-off Times for Next Day Delivery

We are able to provide next day delivery within the main centres near to our warehouses, in both Johannesburg and Cape Town, provided stock is available in the relevant warehouse.
