GREEN HOME at the Encounter Trail and MTB Challenge in East Griqualand

The Encounter East Griqualand Country Trails and Adventure Weekend happened on the 1, 2 and 3 of November 2019.

The event was in support of the Endangered Wildlife Trust, who have been doing incredible work to save wildlife and wild habitats for over 45 years. Their vision is a world in which both humans and wildlife prosper in harmony with nature.

GREEN HOME donated biodegradable Hot Cups to help keep the event as green as possible, and to support the great work of the Endangered Wildlife Trust.

Participants took part in trail runs and a mountain bike challenge in the beautiful terrain of the Flitwick Ranch in the Swartberg. And then watched the Springboks win the Rugby World Cup on the big screens at the event. All in all a great weekend!

See below for some pics of participants relaxing and re-hydrating after the race with our donated Hot Cups. Plus, check out our cups being used as great little biodegradable plant pots.
