Have you tried out our B2B portal yet?
It’s a great online ordering platform that’s ideal for large and accounting holding clients. Clients can place orders directly into our system, with all their terms and settings preloaded on the platform.
Enjoy the freedom to order at absolutely any time, from anywhere you’re connected to the internet.
Navigating the portal is simple. You can select Product Categories from the left sidebar menu to easily find specific products.
Products can be ordered in Packs and Cartons on the portal, depending on availability. (Please note some of our products are only sold in Packs and will therefore only be available in Packs.)
Only products that are In Stock will show on the portal. If you cannot see a Carton or Pack for a particular product then it is Out of Stock.
Super quick ordering with Favourites
You can add products to your Favourites by clicking the heart in the top right corner of the product image. Quickly access your favourites by clicking the yellow heart in the top right of the portal window.
This is a great time saving-function for products you order frequently, keeping your favourite products in one place for easy access.
Checkout, Tax and Delivery fees
Please note that unlike our online shop pricing in the B2B portal is not inclusive of VAT. VAT is added at the end of your shop when you click on Checkout from your Shopping Cart.
At this time the B2B portal does not add delivery fees. If delivery fees apply to your order, these will be added after your order is placed. A sales order will be sent to you before you receive your goods to confirm delivery fees.
